Locatia, f aproape de centru. Mic dejun decent.

Curatenia lasa mult de dorit. La baie toaleta era murdara, am cerut la receptie solutie de curatat si am sters capacul wc care avea niste pete si in toaleta fire de par. Prosoap de fata cu gauri in el, l-am dat la receptie. Inacceptabil asa ceva! Nu m-am asteptat la ceva de lux in niciun caz ci doar curatenie si confort. Hotelul nu are incalzire la calorifere desi sunt calorifere. Este incalzirea de la AC care nu a facut fata! Pt luna Decembrie este inacceptabil. Dc stiam asa ceva nu alegeam sub nicio forma desi am stat o noapte de tranzit. In concluzie, pt o diferenta de bani, as fi ales altceva dc stiam ce ma asteapta, frig si lipsa de igiena.
