Hotel Bestseller

The staff were great and helpful, wifi worked great, parking was free and private.

During booking we request a quiet room, but the room we got was very noise, you could hear the next door guests just speaking. We requested to change the room, we were offered a new room (apartment) but for extra cost. The hotel, it's very out of the city and to be honest, very expensive for what it is. Also, the breakfast was very limited.

Wir waren bereits mehrmals hier zu Gast, doch leider hat es diesmal nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Zimmer wurde während unseres 4 tägigen Aufenthalts trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nur einmal gereinigt. Zudem war es insgesamt sehr staubig. Die Abflüsse in Dusche und WC funktionierten überhaupt nicht und die Beleuchtung am Badezimmerspiegel war defekt. Auch das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig, vom Zustand des Backrohrs möchten wir gar nicht näher berichten. Das Frühstück ist leider recht einfach gehalten, reicht aber grundsätzlich aus. Insgesamt waren wir dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht. Wir waren bereits drei bis viermal hier und werden in absehbarer Zeit nicht nochmals buchen.

I was recovering from surgery, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Several times a day, they helped keep my ice packs frozen, always without hesitation. Their care and attentiveness played a big role in my recovery and made the entire process much more comfortable.🫶🏼 I lived abroad for about 10 years, so I’m a bit bored of the usual international breakfasts.I was so happy to see Hungarian products and flavors at the buffet. I loved the breakfast so much, 🫶🏼 Also, one morning I got there pretty late, just before the buffet was closing. The chef lady was making fried eggs and she still asked if I wanted some too, which was such a nice gesture. It really made my day. Overall, I’m really, really happy with the service I got during my stay, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff. They were incredibly helpful 24/7 2-3-4 AM , 11-12 PM …whenever I needed assistance, they were always there. So honestly, kudos to you guys. I visit kecskemét quite often, and there’s a very good chance my next stay will be at your hotel again. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

The last night some guest were watching foodball in the restaurant/ lobby area right in front of my room , they were pretty noisy. But everything else was perfect
