No toiletries provided like toothbrush, paste, soap (until asked) Attending staff need to be more proactive towards client needs Ex door mat removed and not replaced until second request, leading to wet floors and slippery issues Coffee provided also is chargeable not complimentary

Didn't have the breakfast so I have no idea... Place was quite homely. Place has been maintained very nicely . Rooms have been kept clean and beds had clean bedsheets.. And everything was easily accessible. Staff were polite and helpful.. Hot water was available 24 hours. Which I have not experienced with many hotels where I have stayed for this rate.

Nothing to complain.
