The hotel was available, even though there were other hotels which offered high cost and high rating. There were people, some staff were nice. but cannot say its a good one. its pleasant stay

There was no breakfast provided, and the hotel did not have a functioning card machine for payment. It was informed that the machine was under repair, but this appears to be a recurring issue, as the staff did not make any effort to provide an alternative or even attempt to use the machine. Not all guests travel with cash on hand, and many prefer or rely on card payments. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to address the issue gave an impression that the hotel was deliberately avoiding card transactions, which left a negative experience.
