Dusty, unclean cupboards and chairs, there was one flat pillow for each person, just one water bottle on arrival for 3 guests for all the days, towels were given on request, sluggish look, no kettle for coffee and tea too. Gave the key for cleaning the room and change towels, they didn’t do anything. Above all the attitude of the person, I don’t know whether he is manager or owner but his tone is too much attitude and not customer friendly. The boys were kind. Even though they said 24 hrs reception, when i called reception in morning around 6 am for coffee no answer at all. When I said this to the person whom I believe manager or owner no proper answer, for rooms not cleaned he was like what’s your problem, just go to your room. Too much attitude. Above all room needs total clean. I don’t know how they advertise on booking.com with all these low class rooms.

Poente of signs of humidiy on the walls of the room. Location is inconvenient.
