The pictures of the room did not meet the reality

Shabby rooms. Really loud music from the bar till 1am. The security keys ran out of battery and it took over an hour to fix it. The bar staff were good at fixing it. My friend left his key in the room and no “ guest services “ were around to find another key. The customer service was appalling

La habitacion era muy espaciosa y teniamos un balcon fuera

Estaba muy alejado, la cafeteria estaba cerrada asique no pudimos desayunar, el armario estaba roto

Easy access to city via main bus route. Free Parking.

1. We were not allowed to check-in at 14:00 despite email confirmation stating that it was OK. 2. The bathroom shower cubicle flooded within one hour of our arrival, (due to blocked drains). While taking a shower, it spilled water into the bedroom, and caused a leak in the ceiling downstairs at reception. 3. No overhead lights in room, and manager had no replacement bulbs even for the table lamps. We navigated by TV light, once it got dark. 4. The balcony was littered with cigarette butt's. 4. Absolutely nobody available at reception the next morning to address the issues. We left, feeling disgruntled.

Tout, car par d’ailleurs a l’heure a laquelle j’arrive alors qu’on m’a demandé l’heure a laquelle j’arrive. J’ai du prendre un autre hotel.
