Didn't get chance to like anything.

I couldn't avail the stay as my booking was canceled by your representative. As per booking.com I was suppose to pay at the property. But within two minutes call came from your end to pay some amount. I wanted to pay two days before my stay. But your staff was very rude and asked me to pay the part, otherwise he will canceled the booking. Before I could say anything he disconnect the call and canceled my booking. So I opted for other luxurious hotel and enjoyed Hyderabad trip for 5 days. This is for information and necessary action for future. Thanks.

In No smoking room has cigarettes buds, staff was very arrogant, no cleanliness looks like storage room, dirty place for dining. Plate were not cleaned. Bad smell in room. Dirty kitchen, bed was inside kitchen

The rooms were neat and clean. Staff was very cooperative. Location is very good

Rooms are so messy , nothing match with pictures , furniture quality is low , bathroom so messy

made a quick stop here while taking connecting trains. Good place. comfortable.
