The hotel is within walking distance of the WTC. It is perfect for business visitors who are not willing to pay three to four times higher prices just to stay 300 meters closer to the WTC. Simply cross the pedestrian bridge over the highway, and you’ll find yourself on Dakota Street. The room was nice and clean. The reception is open whole night. The hotel offers excellent internet and convenient parking.

Earlier guests mentioned the noise from the highway, and this is true. The highway is very noisy throughout the day. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the right place for you. The same goes for sound from neighboring rooms—it can be heard clearly. In my case, I happened to overhear a couple next door enjoying themselves. It didn’t bother me; in fact, I found it rather amusing.
