the location is good for the price

there was no breakfast or reception, the bedrooms wasn't cleaned from night 1 to night 2. The bathroom was too old and small the building needs some refurbishment and the mattress was horrible. Also we booked a triple bedroom and it has only one king size bed.

The location is INCREDIBLE and AMAZING!!! My stay in Manchester would not be the same if i was not there. Wake up at Old Trafford was CRAZY. The stuff is amazing. I hope to be back asap🫶🏻

The contitions are not the best. But i prefer the location above every 5 star hotel

Easy to follow check-in instructions, comfy room with ensuite

The fact the shower is raised about a foot (30cm) off the floor, makes getting out a little precarious

Carpet was rotten put the towel down beside bed to take shoes off so didn't touch carpet with bare feet, in the bathroom things were hanging of the walls and was in need off a revamp,the walls in bedroom haven't been painted in years and are rough and the windows were like paper could here every noise from outside will not be staying here again and Def don't recommend it

"Beste keuze voor United sfeer"

Voor het bezoeken van een Manchester United wedstrijd is dit dé perfecte plek. Letterlijk op steenworp van het stadion en de bus naar het centrum stopt ook voor de deur. Misschien geen luxe kamer maar wel heel schoon en functioneel. Contact met de eigenaar verliep prima online, wij gaan dit zeker weer boeken bij een volgend bezoek

Nieuwe vloerbedekking en een likje verf zouden de trap en gang een upgrade geven die de eerste indruk zouden verbeteren
