"Unfortunately won’t be staying here again."

The location of the property is fantastic.

No staff around, the shower didn’t work properly and after 4 hours of travelling we were looking forward to a shower , marks on the bedding. I am looking to complain if you could let me know the right avenue to do so. I have a video of the shower and marks on the bedding it just won’t let me load the files.

"Nice clean rooms and tons of space"

The apartment was huge, lots of beds to choose from and 2 toilets was a great bonus. A full size kitchen too.

"PTSD from staying there"

Nothing it was a dirty run down place It smelt disgusting Stained carpets ripped cushion floor Walls with holes everywhere stains on the ceiling Revolting kitchen Disgusting bedrooms Nasty toilets I cannot put into words how awful it was

All and everything about it We paid to stay there I think somebody should have paid us We cleaned it I bed bug sprayed it we bleached it It was disgusting how booking.com advertise it is beyond me It is nothing like the photos it’s horrific It was extremely dirty and run down I left my shoes on to go in the shower went to bed with jarmies tucked in socks no skin on show just incase any bugs were about to bite me It needs condemning DO NOT BOOK THIS HELL HOLE OF A PROPERTY

Close to evening location

No hot water for 2 night duration of stay. On pictures looks ok but in reality it is a run down bed sit. Good location for old Trafford.
