The location was great and the staff were very friendly! Despite being quite central, our room was nice and quiet.

The bathroom was rather small, but it did the job. The main issue for us was that there was no AC or proper airflow in the room since our balcony was inside the building, so it felt quite stuffy at night.

We stayed twice. Both rooms were large. The location is excellent with restaurants within easy walking distance around Parque Espana, Amsterdam and to Parque Mexico.

We had a penthouse room with no air-conditioning. It was far too hot. The staff gave us fans but it was still unbearably hot. There is a building project behind the hotel with noisy excavations going on from 8.00-6.00pm Mon-Sat.
