Very nice area in the suburb of Novi Pazar with friendly staff. Breakfast was OK.

Although I received a booking confirmation from Booking.com and check-in time approval from the hotel, my reservation was lost and I didn't know until very evening whether I will have my room or not. It was sorted out at the end and my reservation was found.
