Good location, very kindly staff and exclusive breakfast and dinner.

The people working in the reception was really polite and helpful. They answered all questions we had and was available at all times. They get 5 out of 5 stars.

The cleanliness of the facilities was extremely poor. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. A cat pooped on the stairs and it was still there when we went home 2 days later. Someone threw up in the elevator on Saturday and all they did was remove the carpet. There was still dried vomit on the wall and floor when we went home Sunday morning. We all got very sick there(15 people) and others on the same floor as us got sick aswell, so if you want to stay healthy then don't visit this accommodation. We explained to the staff that we had become ill and vomited in the room. We explained that they should therefore clean the rooms properly to minimize the risk to spread the infection. The answer we got was "we will se, we clean if the cleaning staff listen because they never listen to me". For health reasons, I would recommend that you do not book this accommodation.
