BEThe room was really clean and big. The room we booked was not available so we got upgraded to a bigger one for the same price. The breakfast was really nice and full. The staff was really nice.

ITSpent one night here before going to Cuyabeno. Room was big and had A/C. The hotel is close to everything. When we said we didn't need our included breakfast the next day, they refunded us some money

GBThe staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the two ladies on Reception are a credit to the hotel. They arranged to store our motorcycles and luggage while we spent some time in the Amazon Rainforest. They also sorted a fast turn around on our washing for a very reasonable price.
The aircon in the room was very old and loud, we couldn't leave it on as it kept us awake, but when we turned it off it soon got hot so it did disturb our sleep.
