"Ein schönes Hotel in Neukirchen im Erzgebirge"

Es war sauber und das Personal vor Ort war zuvorkommend und auch ein Zimmertausch vom Dachgeschoss in die erste Etage war ohne Probleme möglich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Leider wurden auf Nachrichten über Booking und auch via Mail nicht reagiert. Wir hatten eine Anfrage für einen früheren CheckIn gestellt, diese blieb leider ohne Antwort. Auch telefonisch war die Kontaktaufnahme schwierig.
