Hotel OLYMP Almenrausch

Decent sized car park, tasty food in the restaurant (if you can get booked in)

On arrival, despite the hotel being advertised as having a restaurant we were told that the restaurant was unavailable to us as they were too busy serving local customers, only after a heated discussion did we eventually get booked in. They refused to provide breakfast on the last morning of our stay as we hadn't booked for the first two days. Horrendously squeaky bed

The house is quite nice, and the room was spacious. Bed was big and comfortable (well, I paid for a king size bed...)

However, the description stating "king-size bed with garden view" was incorrect; there was no garden visible from the window. From our arrival at the hotel until check-out, we did not encounter any staff members to speak with or ask questions, as all communication was conducted over the phone. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt directly from the reception at check-out; it was supposed to be sent via email. It has been 48 hours, and I still haven't received the receipt in my email.

Terrible Wi-Fi. Lots of traffic noise
