Noisy aircon...Aircon upstairs...we were seniors having to go up and down the stairs to switch on ...toilet running for a long time after it's flushed....TV did not work We had to get other accommodation, we've requested a refund based on the above...no response thus far.

The shower had a shower curtain but it's broken on the one side, it's also not appropriate as the water was everywhere in the bathroom after taking a shower. The bathroom also did not have a door, it has curtains which was torn. I find it very unprofessional for a bathroom not to have a door.

Central location and beautiful aesthetics

Aircon was extremely poor especially during the hot season

The space in the room is a bit small

Loved the location. Easy to get to everything around town.

The air conditioning units are loud. It got so hot but we couldn’t sleep with the unit on, especially in the loft.

Was very neat

Struggled to Check in because they said my booking had disappeared from the system on the day of arrival but was there prior Following day they called to say I didn’t pay while I made the payment through Bookings.com
