• Zimmer war sauber • Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an Bahn und Bus • Frühstück und Abendessen waren in Ordnung • Parkmöglichkeiten am Bahnhof kostenlos • Grundausstattung im Zimmer (Wasserkocher, Tassen, Gläser) vorhanden

• Wellness enttäuschend: Sauna kostet 83 € für 2 Std. (mehr als eine Übernachtung!) und war nie verfügbar • Fitness kostet extra: 4 € für 1,5 Std. • Dusche mit starkem Geruch – hygienisch fragwürdig (Legionellen-Risiko?) • Zimmer sehr hellhörig • Kein Hotel-Guide oder Infos im Zimmer • TV nur tschechisch • Kein Deutsch gesprochen • Reinigung mangelhaft: bei 6 Nächten Bett nur 2× gemacht, Tassen/Gläser nicht gereinigt

Příjemná a ochotná byla paní recepční, která zajistila parkování v uzavřeném dvoře hotelu.

Pokoj se nenacházel ve vyobrazené moderní budově, ale ví budově vedle. Vybavení bylo staršího typu a v noci již netekla teplá voda.
