The property is centrally located with easy access to auto rickshaws for local, nearby trips. It’s neat and clean with a rooftop restaurant that serves good food at reasonable prices. The hospitality of the staff is very good and would recommend anyone.

Nothing in particular. One improvement suggestion would be to set up a concierge desk that can help with sight seeing trips. That will take the service up another notch.

The location of the hotel which is ideal to catch an early ferry for havelock.

The staff at the reception are not friendly / smiling. The hotel is too noisy: the fans in the room, the A/C system, the rooms near the restaurant, the kitchen staff making a lot of noise, and lots more.
