"Excellent restful stay"

Centrally located yo amany sightseeing sites. We had cellular jail, marina park, market at walking distance. Food was good, the rooftop restaurant has good ambience.

Very clean. Staff very professional and polite, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Good location.

Way too many lizards in the rooftop area. Others didn’t seem to mind, but I have a personal fear of the critters.

"Excellent Hotel and Staff"

Our second time at the Bay Leaf on our trip to the Andaman Islands. We found the BL to be a modern well run hotel and a good central location. We stayed in two types of rooms we found both to be of a good standard. Eg: comfortable beds, clean well maintained bathrooms and good AC/Fans. The rooftop restaurant /Bar is a nice place to eat dinner or enjoy a cocktail overlooking Port Blair, once again we found the level of service excellent. Probably the best accommodation we have found on this journey. Thanks again to the reception staff who helped us with our day trips and onward journey. Would use again and definitely recommend to others. Sally and Dave Yorks

"Don't judge by the exteriors, the rooms won't disappoint! Would stay here again!"

Apart from the rooms being comfortable and quite luxurious (for the price we paid, the rooms even had disposable house-slippers, dental kits and shaving kit), the hospitality of the staff, manager and receptionist instantly made us feel welcome and taken care of. Their restaurant on the rooftop, The Buzzing Bee, is also really good, you can have dinner right here and feel totally satisfied with having stayed in! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Port Blair with a mid-range budget.

The breakfast buffet can be made better.

"Good location and helpful staff"

Great location within walking distance to the Cellular Jail and main street. Our room was a good size and clean. The rooftop bar and restaurant had great views and the food was good.
