Breakfast excellent. Disappointed there was no evening meal offering as there were very few alternatives around. The room was fine and the location was brilliant.

The location is fantastic. Easy parking in the rear, outstanding breakfast, and the great lounge and park out front are fantastic. The view of the harbor from our room was amazing for sunset as well. The bar has a stunning selection of whiskey and great service. The staff went above and beyond for us with our infant and made us very comfortable.

We were on the third floor and were blessed with beautiful warm weather during our visit which made our room a bit hot in the evenings.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Lage ganz in der Nähe des Fährhafens in Port Ellen.

Wir konnten aufgrund einer abgesagten Fährverbindung erst einen Tag später anreisen, als gebucht. Die nicht im Hotel verbrachte Nacht wurde uns trotzdem ohne Kulanz verrechnet. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Entgegenkommen erwartet.
