Very friendly and approachable staff. Room services were prompt. Room was clean but could have done better. Transport is easily accessible. Overall it was gud.

Cleanliness could have been upped by a little

Booked the property at the last minute for a quick weekend getaway. The staff was really cooperative & helpful. The restaurant was closed for renovations at the time of our bookings, but we managed with Swiggy! The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The toilet was also maintained well - sparkling clean! Overall, our two nights stay was very pleasant here!

Very clean rooms. Good bathroom. Good food and generous quantity. They arranged a auto for us at request.

Location is almost equidistant from Chegannaseri and Kottayam railway stations. The nearest railway station is Chingavanam but doubtful how many trains stop there.
