The shower did not work properly, no spare toilet paper, aircon not operating, food was disgusting, towels too small, small containers of shower gel not enough for one wash, no tissues provided, no drinking water provided.

At reception, Khanya and Sima were very accommodative and willing to ensure I had a pleasant stay. After hours, Siphamandla was a gracious host :-)

Poor signage of which side is reception, as I arrived late at night. Had to ask for wifi password I was moved to a different room and in the morning was told I couldn't have breakfast. So had to prove to them my original booked room included breakfast. Check TV remote batteries Check shower drainage

There's was a customer that was making a noise for the entire night on Saturday, and as a result, it was difficult sleep.
