"I feel cheated"

A shockingly over priced B&B, that calls itself a hotel, with no staff to look after you, no service provided, sleepy, dead, depressing environment, silent, unkept, lonely place that describes itself up as a posh hotel, when in fact its a plot of expensive real estate in a smart area of South of France, with a couple of black and white photos of a man (Grandfather of the owner no doubt) sipping wine with a few famous people, and as a result, they think they can sell it on it's history and provenance. But in actual fact it offers nothing, and no service whatsoever. I was genuinely shocked and feel completely cheated. I would like to be partly refunded.
