Very fine room.

Every year they do the same thing: I arrive and they don't have my booking, I need to pay by card but they only accept cash. Is this modern India or middle ages? If you use Booking.com, then use it: I want to see that my booking is honored and my arrival is not a surprise, and I want my billing to be prompt and professional, not this "we don't accept card paymet" excuse.

Milan, the woman in the reception is very helpful and kind.

Swiming pool is there but they didn't put the notice regarding that so it's a bad experience. Also wifi was not working and food is so expensive and not so good in taste . So from my side I suggest every one to not make a plan to in that property just a pathetic experience.

Breakfast & Staff Behaviour

Intercom was not working. It was irritating always to open the door and reach out to staff. Need to fix in an urgent basis

The receptionist is an absolute angel.

Nice view on in the cafe to Rishikesh and Ganga. Kind Restaurant staff.

Pool had no water even thouht it's listed. Price for two persons in the same room is the double price for 1 person in the room. So for only breakfast extra you pay double price. On the menu in the Restaurant are many things not available. For example put of 7 breakfasts only one is available and there 50% of the listed things. The balcony was dirty and had no seating option. Unlike written, you have no view from the room to the river/Rishikesh. The view is only in tue cafe.

Room was very nice, bed comfy, staff helpful.

It was not clean, molded pillow cases, they exchanged for clean. TV not working, pool was dry, breakfast late.
