Hotel The Moksham

We had a wonderful stay at Moksham Hotel in Tapovan, Rishikesh! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive — always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms and common areas were very clean and comfortable, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is located on a quiet back street, away from the main road, so there’s no traffic noise, which makes it feel calm and relaxing — a perfect spot to rest after exploring Rishikesh. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.

Douche die niet helemaal lekker werkte, er kwam wel water uit de kraan maar niet uit de douchekop erboven. Dit werd deels gefixt maar niet helemaal en later liep ik tegen hetzelfde probleem aan.

El personal es muy amable y la habitación está correcta. Tiene incluso aire acondicionado y una terracita.

Pedí que cambiarán las fundas de las almohadas porque estaban sucias pero eso es algo habitual el India. Lo demás parecía todo limpio.

The decoration and common spaces are really good, welcoming and clean. The room has AC and it’s big enough. They don’t clean it everyday, but it’s fine if you don’t want to be bothered. Also, the location is really good, so many cafes, restaurants and yoga classes near.

The WiFi is really bad. It doesn’t work actually, you cannot watch TV because it needs internet connection.

I had a really good experience here. I stayed for almost a week. The location was very convenient, and the staff were amazing — they helped me with everything I needed and were always kind and attentive. This hotel was recommended by a friend, and I’m glad I chose it. The room was clean, and the bed was so comfortable — I slept so well here! Overall, a great stay with warm, welcoming service.
