Hotel The Shivaay - Delight Inn Rishikesh

Reception staff were amazing, so kind a genuinely wanted to help. They're chilled out and there when you need them. The reviews I've read were true and I wouldn't hesitate to book this again. Restaurant food there was great, honestly a great place. Location close to all main attractions. Staff helped organise a lovely driver who was professional and knowledgeable. 100% reccomend.

Only issue I had was the rooms could be better soundproofed, noise from main road and barking dogs was quite loud.

The place is super clean and the location is great! You can actually walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. More over the staffs are super nice super helpful. I came in and I was feeling sick Kamil and Rakesh looked after me so well! Some places you have to actually walk to get to the hotel up and down the hill to get there but at Hotel the Shivaay. The car will just park right in front of the lift ready to take you to your room! I highly recommended. I wish I could have stayed longer. I was in Rishikesh only for a night. As soon as i arrived they have provided airport transfer with additional cost of course so you pay the driver directly. Prior to arrival they answered the message promptly. I told Kamil and Rikesh what I want to do and they arranged me for everything, the ganga arati and gave me some idea where and how to get saree etc. And on a very last day while I only had less than an hr, Kamil arranged Rikesh took me on motorcycle to see the Ganga before I left. I had such a great experience and I cant thanks enough for taking care of me on the first day and kept checking on me during my stay. It was so short but it was one of the best place I stay in India so far. Highly recommended. Thank you once again for your hospitality Kamil, Rikesh and all the staffs there. 🙏🙏🙏 see you next year!

The staff is amazing, so helpful, full of kindness and often went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay for the 6 nights we were there. The place is a great value, great location, the rooms were very comfortable and clean and the hot water worked. They also have a generator that kept everything on even during the power cuts. It is a very well managed property and they really care that you are happy while you are there.

Maybe some chairs on the balcony would have been nice to better enjoy it but we were mostly outside enjoying what Rishikesh has to offer

I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and it even came with a radiator, which is very much needed in the winter months. The location was also very good, close to pretty much everything, and with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. But the very best about my stay here was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time there, and were always available.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Very comfortable accommodation....very close to Laxman Jhula and all the restaurants.

Geyser hot water doesn't last long....only 25l geyser....so u got to have a quick shower if u dnt want cold water.

Value for money. Proactive helpful staff
