Room was good. Hotel is located near the main road so easy to find a restaurant.

Hotel restaurant is under staffed.

Location is good and the sea facing rooms are good

Food menu don't have much option. No kids food options.

Staff was good and courteous. arranged motorbikes. Rooms were big

a little communication problem with staff. location not great as it is on East side of penida. also little difficult to find this property.

Nice view and easily reachable.

Toilet was not in best condition. Stained seat and other areas, kind of old.

Location and the views

The door moves a lot with the wind creating a lot of noises. The bathroom also was smelling bad. The rest was very good

Property location is good

Staff at the property were not coordinating for any requests especially when rooms were available in the first floor and were not willing to accommodate. Motor bike rentals were charged inflated prices than what was mentioned in the brochure.

They change you sometimes 3% if you pay by card. Some other times only 2% . Not very clear . They don’t told me that before. And this changing ratio is not serious. People at breakfast don’t sleek English. Gym is open to everyone in the island. They rent scooter but helmet are destroyed. Breakfast not good.

Spacious comfortable rooms with all the amenities, good location and breakfast option was quite good and they serve the best hot chocolate so far in Indonesia

The staff! Language barrier and couldn’t give us the correct information about the ferry and we missed the ferry. Taking to them and explaining what we exactly wanted wasted our 30-45mins which left us to miss our ferry to Lombok

The rooms were big, clean and we had a pool right in front of the room. The room service was lightening fast. Also the staff was humble and polite. The best part is there was no timing of when you can enter the pool. You could go to the anytime . They had a great gym too.

Toilets were a bit outdated.
