The staff was helpful and polite

Very dirty rooms and bathrooms. There was mold and spider webs everywhere. There was animal feces in one of my friends bed. The place is disgusting. It looks like a place where truck drivers take prostitutes. I don't know how it has 8.2 rating.

Room stink, toilet was so dirty and leaky. Bed sheets had stains and were ripped, I don’t think that room was cleaned before I came in…
