The staff was really good and helping us for every this. This hotel is really close to the beach

The bathroom wasn't clean. We saw bunch of insect in the hotel such as a slug, cockroach and some lizard. The pool wasn't clean. And to finish the internet was really bad we couldn't watch anything.

"The worst I’ve ever seen in nusa penida .."

Really nothing .. actual I couldn’t stay .. was the worst of nusa .. I want to cancel and o have to pay for the 20 min i satay there

All of the property was dirty abandonar , the room smells ugly , the beach front doesn’t exist .. really the worst I feel Pity for the people who work in there !

staff

very bad maintenance. had to change three rooms during my 3 day stay. lot of termites. had to quarantine all my luggage after reaching my country. faucets and taps don't work properly had to be behind staff. spent more time behind them rather moving around. very far from eateries. no conveyance. had to walk a kilometre for food. no in-house restaurant.
