The I'm sorry to say it, but they should train a little more and provide better customer service. It's terrible, terrible organization, poor cleaning, even the hotel staff themselves don't know anything when you ask them. only good thing is the location.

I didn't like it at all, the room is full of bugs. They did not clean the room (and THEY DID NOT GIVE CLEAN TOWELS). We asked for them and they told us no. They finally gave us some after 2 days there. It didn't say anywhere that you couldn't pay by card only in cash, and if you're a foreigner you know the commissions they charge you for withdrawing. We had to make an international transfer (which cost us 30 euros more) and also after sending proof of payment it seems that they do not trust the payment and I keep receiving messages as if I had not paid, and they simply have to wait for the transfer arrives (obviously they have the official receipt).

The guys were so helpful, it was so relaxing, and perfect location, quite but yet minutes from great restaurants, shops and ATM’s

Did not take card, not a major problem but it could be a hassle for some travelers

No fridge No Fan TV didn’t work Staff not very helpful No transport No restaurant or bar or facilities to purchase anything No shade around pool. Room not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. Had to ask for soap and toilet paper constantly and no shampoo or conditioner

Perfect location right on the beachfront. Close to all the restaurants and beach clubs nearby. Less than 10 mins from the port on the scooter.

Excellent location Right on a very pleasant beach with amazing snorkling Near temple and near many nice restaurants on next beach ! I stayed a week! Comfy bungalows and quiet! There s à chic resto next door but on quite expensive side !

No restaurant or fridge or breakfast nor water they should at least sell cold drinks or at least water !
