Sanctum Hotel and Dive- Nusa Penida

Great place with great staff at a very good price. Also very quiet which was nice. They also hired me a scooter for a very good price. I would definitely consider staying here again when I'm next in Nusa Penida!

Brand new hotel. Room: spacious, bright, stylish, clean. Bed was comfortable. The common area: the pool and garden have a nice view of the jungles. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Location: amazing, close to the port and nice bars/restaurants, quiet neighborhood with good roads around. Will stay again next time in Nusa Penida.

La chambre était très spacieuse, l’environnement incroyable, une très belle vue.

J’ai trouvé que la décoration était très rustique, la salle de bain pas très propre et pas d’eau chaude. La piscine était très sale aussi, ce n’était pas possible de s’y baigner c’est dommage. De plus, à mon arrivée j’ai beaucoup attendu pour être accueilli.

Very peaceful location. Ketut is such an amazing host. Great communication through whatsapp. Organised everything when we needed help - transport, motorbike rental. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Had a perfect stay. Thank you, Ketut!

The place was spotless. The Shower was excelent, internet fast, great pool, amazing view, peaceful. Sauna was a very nice plus. Huge and super clean bed. Specious room. They have coffee, tea and water available in the kitchen. Location was great with view of forest and 3 min by scooter from the beaches. I loved a lot. The host was also very very helpful. I recommend with closed eyes.

Location was nice, staff is friendly and helpful with renting motorbike. Room is decent size with free water refill.

Needs a deep cleaning! A dirty old towel was used for a floor mat and had strong smell. We dropped something under the bed and was horrified by the dirt, dust, and smell. No hand soap in bathroom. Cheap body wash and shampoo in plastic dispensers that barely work. Towels and bedding are worn and old. Water from tap is very salty and fixtures are rusted. Lots of bugs in room and no mosquito net. Cheap air fresheners placed throughout the room to hide smell but unsuccessful. Public kitchen is nice amenity but everything is dirty and disorganized.

Good location (definitely on a scooter, it would be quite a walk of about 20minutes) with a nice view of the forest and a nice warm pool, but maybe it could have been better maintained, there were quite a lot insects every time we went swimming. The description states that breakfast is available for purchase, which was actually the reason we chose the hotel, I even wrote a private message on WhatsApp about breakfast and was told it was possible. So upon arrival at the hotel I went to ask the manager about the price of breakfast and he told me that breakfast was not available. So that was a little disappointing. Otherwise the room was very spacious and clean, nice modern and rustic look. However, we had it almost at the end and so the wifi signal was not strong and good enough. Also, the bathroom could have been cleaner, we found someone's fallen false eyelashes etc in there.

The fact that the option of breakfast was mentioned in the description and in the end it was not available (despite a private message to the manager about the availability of breakfast, which was replied that it was available). Better cleaned bathroom, but we took that as a small thing.
