Рецепцията е като бутка за вестници в двора на комплекса. Настаняването стана бавно. Служителят си говореше по телефона, докато 2 бременни чакат с много багаж. Единият душ беше счупен и нямаше слушалка. Посудата в шкафовете беше мръсна и недобре измита. При резервация за 5 човека нямаше комплект кърпи и възглавница за пети човек. Мухарникът беше счупен. По-късно като слязохме да кажем за проблемите имаше служителка, която не говори български и английски и не можа да помогне. Платихме за паркинг за целия престой (20лв на вечер) и вечерта като се върнахме нямаше свободни места.

Всегда стараются угодить, исправить что не нравится или не работает.

Кровать в одной из комнат была составлена из 2х кроватей что немного неудобно. Официант "Дядя Ваня" в местном ресторане (если платить картой) потом хамит, игнорирует или плохо обслуживает.

Very large apartment with qll the needed appliances to have a comfortable stay. The pool is absolutely fantastic. Very close to the beach with a mini market right outside the hotel.

It is not a big hassle but in the restorant next to the pool area, the price for a coffee was volatile.. bought a cup of coffee 3 times and each time the price was different.. also, a free parking is advertised by the hotel, however once I got there, it was stated that the free places are all taken and there is a parking area that could be used for 10 bgn per day which is a total violation and contradicts the advertisement. Other than that, no issues at all

Мусор выносили довольно часто ,и предлагали протереть пол. Наличие стиральной машины и две сушилки.

Неудобные ступеньки в бассейне. Не работал тостер, дверной звонок. Поломана вытяжка, сетки на дверях порваны. При заезде был очень грязный пол и посуда вся жирная, наверное потому что не предусмотрено средство для мытья посуды и губка. Мыла в ванной не было, только 4 пакетика шампуня( на 2х на 4 дня)
