The price was as for luxurius room but all services are on the level of 3* hotels. The location is out of everything in Karaganda.

The location is very good at the heart of the city. Nice and Quiet. Very good-looking.

There was nobody at reception desk when we moved in at 2 am despite I have mentioned that we are coming in a deep night and PAID EXTRA for that 10 hours. Nobody helped us with luggage and me, two kids and my mom had to bring bags by ourselves. Receptionist was not active, overall hospitality level of the hotel is very low. As per booking.com breakfasts were included, but the hotel said it is "default at booking.com, however their breakfast is at extra cost". The bathrooms are awful with bed smell, sink is glogged, toilet button is broken and out of the wall. We have been staying with the hotel back at 2017 and it was definitely a place to come back. Now sadly it is became a place to avoid for our future stay.

nice spacious room, clean and in a prime location. Mr. Sherkhan drove us to KarLag and back and took us around inside the museum as well. We got early check in.

my two year old daughter couldn’t have her cereal for breakfast. Neither did they have cereal on offer nor did they let us have our own! They said they’ll send us a pickup from the train station but didn’t.
