As other reviewers have stated the hotel could use some renovations. There were cracks in the bathroom ceiling, walls showed wear and could use painting; the corridor carpets could be cleaned. Despite these things my room was nice. It was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, the shower water pressure was very good, and the water was hot! I liked the fridge which kept things cold; however, it would been nice to have a coffee maker and microwave in the room. Considering there is space to prepare meals, that wasn't a big deal, just a slight inconvenience. Two things definitely missing were bed spread or blanket and towels. There were none at all in the room. And when I went to the front desk to request them I only received one bath towel. The next day I requested additional towels but they weren't given to me, and never delivered to my room. Luckily I always travel with a couple of wash towels from home. The last thing missing was a brochure or other info about the hotel and surrounding area. Again, that wasn't a big deal but it would be a nice enhancement to the guedg experience. All in all my three night stay was very pleasant. The price was great, and the staff were very kind. I was very leased with the experience and would stay there again if ever I need hotel space in Panama City. And I will recommend this hotel to others.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at coliving for 7 days . very clean and customer service was on point. Eliecer was helpful and very kind at front desk. We will definitely return!

location is great. The ac worked fine (though very noise - if you're a light sleeper, beware). beds are ok though not as puffy and comfy as 'they seem ' in the web site photos. This used to be a major chain hotel years ago and was renamed this though with lesser amenities (cheaper too ) and without updating anything in the building. Weird sewage smell in the bathroom and a little cockroach walking by the fridge. No cups - a shaky desk table and curtains missing.

Avoid this place. The hotel is old and everything is in shambles. I fell for it because it was cheap but ended up paying $55 for some made up rule.

It was an inexpensive hotel but not very convenient parking unless you happen to get one of the maybe dozen parking spaces available next to the hotel. Not that i am handicapped but there were 3 handicapped spaces taken by those not handicapped & even taxis. The staff (cleaning & front desk) were very friendly & accommodating!! While there were several microwaves & electric burners which to use to cook (including some pots & pans, frying pans, & plates on which to eat), there was only 1 large metal spoon utensil..no other utensils to eat with, however, there were wooden utensils - spoons & spatulas with which to stir/cook your food. I would recommend this hotel & stay there again!

Staff at front desk was beyond friendly and helpful. On site malt shop/retaurant with boogie woogie music was fun and reliable.

Excellent stay. The only set back is that they say that you need to ask to clen the room thw day before. They don't clean the eoom every day unless you verbally ask every day the day before.

Rooms are subpar. Had no towels in room. Found mold in the bathtoom.
