Staff very friendly and helpful and welcoming. Always happy to be of assistance. Located close to the lake, that I walked around every morning. Would happily stay there again. Ladies on reception very charming

No hot water for showers and no tea for making tea. Only coffee

Location good

Booked and paid for a family of 4, two adults and two children . Received a room with 1 bed and told we need to pay more money. Children slept on the floor.

Excellent location. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are a good size.

The hotel is a bit dull and characterless. No communal facilities. No view from our room. it looks like very few rooms actually have a view of the lake.
