Checkin smooth Cleanliness- average AC good

Room 304 from 18th to 20th April 2025. Bed linens nd pillows very old and smelly. Though opted for breakfast and paid in advance we were directed to a small shack across the road where only one item option was available with inadequate quantity. Water was leaking from the tap in washroom and getting wasted leading to wet floor. Wi fi got disconnected frequently and had to approach reception for fresh password. Soaps not provided. Tv not working. Commode seat shaky. When we complained alternate room 308 was offered where Ac cooling was inadequate so we continued in the same room On the whole the earlier reviews based on which we booked was misleading

Really very good hotel, nice service. and big and bathroom were too neat and clean. Nice interior. Highly recommended.

Staff always available. Good host giving accurate instructions. Reasonable close to all amenities. The Staff was very polite and was the highlight of the stay .

Everything about this hotel was great. Amazing staff who were friendly and welcoming to customers. Good experience overall. Cleanliness was awesome. The rooms, staff all were excellent.
