"Noisy with strange rules"

Price was actually ok for a 2 star budget hotel

All Hop Inn Hotels are in a very noisy spot directly at the main road. Then as a local residence they didn't accept my national Thai driving license where is my passport number on it. They asked for my passport which never happen before as a residence in Thailand. I was lucky to have my passport with me. Otherwise they wouldn't let me check in and charge the full price. Please it is mandatory to let on Booking.com and other platforms the local foreign residence know this hotel only accept passport. All Thai people could check in easy and fast by showing their national driving license. Also they send me messages only in Thai languages. Also I guess they only accept check in from 2pm to 6pm. Hop Inn never again. This is a discrimination against local residence foreigners.
