Das Hotel ist ein absoluter Traum. Eine gelungene architektonische Mischung aus alt und neu mit einem sehr schönen Garten und super freundlichem Personal.

Nichts und gar nichts !

Beautiful hotel and very comfortable bed.

The hotel porter decided to leave at night even though he was the only one there and the hotel door stays locked - leaving us to wait on the street knocking to be let in for 30 minutes at 11:30pm. There were some strange people on the street and taxis stopped to stay with us as it wasn’t that safe and there was no one there to let us into the room which is really disappointing. One of the other front desk staff seemed inebriated, we made a booking with him to use the spa (all guests entitled to do this and we specifically booked this, more expensive, hotel for use of the spa) and he forgot to book it, leading to us eventually having 20 minutes in the spa, during which time the sauna was cold because they didn’t turn it on as they didn’t have our reservation … overall, the service was very disappointing for the price we paid. Although the two women who worked there (cleaning and cook in and also doing guest service) were incredible .
