"Das Beste in Zipa"

Das Personal super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, sie haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein tolles qualitatives Bett, tolles Badezimmer, Netflix..gutes Frühstück...einfach alles toll. Wir genossen die Sauna und den Whirlpool. Wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause und wären gerne länger geblieben. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen..

Muy buena atención, el personal da recomendaciones de comida en el lugar. El servicio de sauna e hidroterapia excelente. Hermosa zona verde

El cuarto queda al lado del comedor y se escucha la coversación de otros huésoedes desde el cuarto

Lo cómodo de la cama/habitación. Super que no entra luz y es apta para descansar y dormir rico. Super rico el jacuzzi y el sauna. Pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención de Viviana,

El lavabo no servía bien y se demoraba mucho el irse el agua, no servía una luz del baño, la habitación no tenía plancha o secador (hay que pedirlos y se comparten entre habitaciones)

"Hotel bonito pero no tiene una buena relación costo beneficio"

las áreas comunes son muy bonitas

Hay un evidente problema de cañería en algunas habitaciones lo cual genera un constante mal olor. la oferta de alimentos al desayuno no la calculan de acuerdo al número de huéspedes, lo cual lleva a que la fruta o el caldo no esté disponible.
