Very clean hotel with hospitality personnel. Hotel offer free transfer from/to train station/airport . I will recommend you tea with lemon which they serve free in your request any time.

fantastic location, free transfer to the hotel from the railway station, price for the room is cheaper then others around, fast check-in and check-out.

No elevator. Payment by cash only (the hotel does not except cards). There is no restaurant in the hotel (only for breakfast and without an option of getting smth individual), no teapot in the room, window and corridor lighting is on during all night, so it is hard to sleep because of the brightness of light outside and inside. We’ve paid for the double room with balcony but we’ve been given a room for three persons without a balcony. The fan on the ceiling in the bathroom is extremely loud. Poor Wi-Fi, almost absent.

The staff is very nice and hospitable. I really liked the location, it is close enough to the old town but close to the Russian quarter, which is super nice to walk around and explore. Breakfast is quite good as well. The facility is freshly painted so I liked that after living in very old hotels of the city. The lounges and the courtyards are also very charming. The staff was kind enough to give me breakfast to go as I had an early morning flight at 4 am. They also provide complimentary pick and drop to the train station or airport which is a very nice gesture.

I got a single room which are at the backside, the WiFi connectivity was not good at all in those rooms. Also the hot water was luke warm.

Breakfast was not up to the mark. However the hotel is located at a prime location with easy access to everything.

Breakfast should be improved according to int"l standard.

property was okay but room was very plain nothing good in the place. in the room description supposed to have refrigerator and kettle. but when I came to the room was nothing and even front desk couldn’t help me, price you charging me I could have something in my room . too expensive nothing good in it. also including your Wi-Fi in the room no internet.
