"Disappointing"

The Check-in and out was one of the few nice things in this hotel thanks to the very polite and nice receptionist. The towels and the bathroom were clean. At least we are happy that this place was available in the very last minute - we booked it at around 9pm, just about 30 min before we arrive in it and the choice was very limited in Sandanski for that Saturday night.

Not good if you need to stay to take a rest from a long trip before you hit the road again. Extremely uncomfortable bed. The worst that we ever slept in. Too old mattress that have lost its' shape years ago. Stains on the pillowcases. The cigarette smell can be easily felt despite the non-smoking signs. May be the bed cover sheet was clean but its' color makes the impression of something really dirty. I still don't understand why some hotels still use such cover sheets at all.
