Limpeza e atendimento.

O ar condicionado não refrigerou, apenas ventilou. Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores. Não havia toalha de rosto.

I like the easy check-in and clear instructions from staff regarding the reservation, the location is perfect.

The sheets on the bed were a little stained and there was a cockroach in the closet drawer, but other than that, all good and cleaning staff is very friendly.

Não tivemos café da manhã. Fomo ao Consulado Americano, localização muito boa.

Hotel atendimento remoto, não havia opção com café da manhã, estacionamento sem cobertura, tivemos que mudar de quarto pois frigobar não funcionava, quando fomos para outro quarto, o mesmo não havia sido preparado, fomos para outro, neste novo quarto havia uma borboleta morta e grudada na parede.
