Beach Break Hotel & Surf Camp de Playa Venao

The location is amazing, the pool, the bar is awesome The room was comfortable, big and nice Shower was nice

The way the employee talk to the gust (not to me , although see and hear from the side wasn't nice at all) The bad was awful, my back couldn't handle it No place to seat and hang out at night

My friend and I get together every year for a week to surf somewhere in Central America. We are in our 50’s and we had a 25 year drought due to moving and adulting. Our surf skill is above beginner now. What set beachbreak above other surf camps we have been to is the surf instructors. I know when we were there it was a little slow but the instructors were on it. We’ve had guides before that just surfed with us but Brent and his staff were there for us to catch waves and give us tips on stopping some bad habits. There was a staff member filming our waves everyday. To have coaching with video to actually see what we were doing right and wrong helped elevate our spirits as we progressed quickly. The break is a beach break and not local dominated. There is a spot for all levels of surfers across the beach. Our room had two beds, shared bathroom, and air conditioning. The rooms were clean. What more do you need? If you want to buy some beer to keep cold, they have a communal fridge. Breakfast is included and I enjoyed everything that I had tried. Ceviche was good. The town has a lot of restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Brent and his staff is the reason I will come back. Besides being surf instructors, they were more than willing to give recommendations on any genre of food option in the area. Toward the end, we were sitting together and sharing beers like old friends.

Very clean, updated, wifi. Nice clean pool. Beautiful beach. Friendly staff and good restaurant on site. Supermarket nearby. Attractions like surfing right on site.

Really thoughtful simple clean rooms with outlets and hooks where you need them, better than anything else I encountered, and we felt welcome and appreciated.

We had a great time with our Family with two Kids. The Room had air conditioning and Fans, everything was clean and the nights quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the sea right in front. The restaurant had good food as well.

The shared kitchen is poorly equipped and not very practical, specially not as a family.

The rooms are very comfortable (the dorms and the private rooms), nicely designed and clean. Roni is an amazing Yoga Instructor! Definitely recommend! The staff is friendly and the restaurant has a nice selection of food and a really good one 😊 + there is a nice kitchen if you want to cook some food for yourself.

The kitchen is amazing however would be nice to have a larger dining table and more chairs as some times (at the rush hour of lunch and dinner) it is occupied by people and need to wait in order to seat and eat properly :)
