Hotel was good in good location, it was clean initially but they could do better housekeeping during stay. Food arrangement is not there. They have some tie-up with restaurant but can't guarantee.

"Hotel staff is helpful but not efficient for running a Hotel. Not upto the basic expectations."

Nothing

Cleanliness. When we book a room, the minimum expectations are 1. Room to be cleaned daily 2. Bed to be set daily 3. Towels to be replaced Nothing was above are met from Grand Pacific. When we have questioned about the same, the hotel staff mentioned that only during first day they will provide above not all the days. This is very disappointing from the Hotel. Soaps, shampoos provided are cheap. There is no tissue roll on the bathroom.
