Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der außergewöhnlich gute Service. Das gesamte Team war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die Chefin des Hauses. So eine herzliche, nette und freundliche Gastgeberin erlebt man selten. Sie kümmert sich mit viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit um ihre Gäste und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wie zuhause fühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

"Gute Lage aber Personal könnte motivierter sein."

Die Lage direkt am Kurpark und zukünftigem Ort der sächsischen Landesgartenschau (2027) war perfekt. Von hier kommt man schnell nach Aue, Schneeberg oder andere sehenswerte Orte des Erzgebirges. Das Abendessen im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden.

Empfang und Frühstücksservice (am ersten Tag) waren nicht gut und ausbaufähig. Die durchscheinenden Vorhänge (morgens ab 5:15 Uhr fiel die Sonne ins Zimmer) und die geringen Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad waren negativ. Der kleine Balkon zeigte in Richtung Wohnviertel. Für knapp 200,00 Euro pro Nacht nicht akzeptabel.

Wer hat dem Hotel 4 Sterne gegeben? Keine Betten gemacht, Keine Handtücher gewechselt ,kein Bademantel.

"Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, das man empfehlen kann."

Die Lage ist für Thermen-Nutzer ideal, die Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Wir wollten unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt haben, sondern nur die Handtücher gewechselt bekommen. Trotz Absprache an der Rezeption waren die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Schade, in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel kann man das erwarten. Auch das Frühstücksangebot war - verglichen mit dem Frühstück im Kurhotel ( unsere Bekannten hatten dort gebucht ) - „einfach“ (z.B. was die Wurst - und Käsesorten - Auswahl betraf)
