Staff were not politely,.

The room was just as the photos shared and they were supper comfortable. The staff also helped us locate and ship an expensive headset we forgot in the room.

The location of the property is perfect and easily accessible to every places.

Bathroom was neat but if its renovated properly it would be cool.

I didn't like anything there .

Specially the staff receptionist our train got delayed so we requested him for stay for another 2 hours for that we were fine to pay the amount but the receptionist person was not accepting and telling that it's not cherity we are here for business not for helping others .. I don't know what basis they got the good rating In addition to that whatever has been mentioned in the room details for complimary we didn't anything accept of a small piece of shop for family. No food no team coffee.

Nothing about the place. They only give you used Towels and the mattress stink.

I was asked to check out at 10am sharp! Got 3 calls as reminder before that, and then every hour they have asked me to pay INR 500. The front desk is not ready to listen to me at all.

I liked nothing

Please dont look at the images and book this hotel. It was an worst experience. No amenities listed were present.
