Bathroom fittings are old and loose, bed linen and towels not so clean, lack of side tables, hand towel, no liquid soap for handwash, tea kit not adequate

"ZERO STAR HOTEL"

1.There was no bed side table. 2.No water in the washroom. 3.Breakfast was served inside the room. It was poor quality and inadequate. Moreover, ot was served at 9.00 Am. 4.Checkout time was 10.00 . Surprisgly, not informed earlier. 5.Its a very bad experience.
