All staff demonstrated an exceptional level of Customer Service. Very pleasant aspect. Combined with good hotel/restaurant facilities a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Could not find A/C in room, so in hot summer could be a bit warm.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Trotz Zentrumsnähe ist es sehr ruhig.

Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Im Zimmer war es am Abend 27°.
