ITEverything was great. Special welcome already at the airport, followed by a well suggested guided tour of Angkor Wat. We had daily massages included which we enjoyed very much. Personally, I'd like to thank the fist massager of our first day of stay. I had massages before, and I believe that it was the best massage ever. My congratulations to you! Great attention also to breakfast and Tuk Tuk arrangement. We really want to mention Emily, Savun, Smey and all the other employees that made our stay ones of the best ever. In the world! SEI liked everything. First the staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. Not only the front desk but the restaurant also. Then the trips they organized for us. Our guide Seng Sauleang was top notch. The room with a lot of space and privacy. And of course the swimming pool area.
MYExcellent staff, very helpful and attentive. Bin and his team took excellent care of us. They even helped us book the Apsara show and also suggested some good restaurants for Dinner. Overall, a great experience.
KHThe entire environment is so clean, welcoming and natural, you breathe in fresh air, there is literally a tree inside the restaurant, very natural and lovely, no artificial plants or flowers, for someone who loves nature, this was an awesome environment. The staff knows how to host their guests, our tour driver, front desk, housekeeping staff, waiters/waitresses, all amazing. The rooms are well kept, neat and lit. The breakfast was amazing too.
The dinner, the dinner menu is quite limited. Some dinner meals are pretty good while some need more advancement. Would be better to expand the menu to suit more international guests.
GEabsolutely amazing place! the design is beautiful, the pool area is stunning, and everything feels very peaceful and well-maintained. rooms were huge, clean, comfortable, and stylish I really loved it. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, they even offered complimentary drinks and transportation, along with thoughtful extras that made the entire stay feel truly special. 🖤
